1 down several more to go...

It is amazing how much things can change in one day! Retired military leaders have been calling for Rummy's head for 2 years, and to think all it took was the people standing together and in unison saying your fired to numerous Republicans. It would appear that our Tin eared president heard us loud, and clear this time as We the People spoke in unison! But lets not get to excited the guy George has selected to replace him is as bad, if not worse than Rummy. Robert M. Gates has been asked by George to step into the roll of defense sectary, this man was involved in the Iran Contra arms dealings with Lt. Col. Oliver L. North. Who the hell is helping George pick these people? It's like they think we are brain dead, and have forgotten who and what this Robert M. Gates is about. At this point I'm very surprised Bush has not asked Henry Kissanger to accept the office of defense secretary. Wouldn't that be all sorts of fun, with Henry in office it would be just like old times! Maybe while we are at it we could bring back Tye die and love beads... But my all time favorite thing from the Kissanger era was the use of national guard to stomp the shit out of the anti war protesters! Aw those were the good old days! well enuff reminiscing, I have Just read a story that said Dick Cheny's might be the next head to roll. Could it be true, Is Bush really cleaning house? And who will replace Dicky boy? Stay tuned, the next week or two will be very interesting!

Here let me give you a hand and help you down off that soap box! It seems lately that you have taken up permanent residence there.
I hope someone cleans that house cuz if nobody's done it fer that long it's bound to even get a stink! How can people never clean house? Lilly makes me do it every 2 days! I hate to do it but I like it after I see how clean it can be!....SuPeR GooBeR q:)
Sorry, Waylone...
I think we're being fed crumbs like greedy little birds.
A happy little bird is a lazy, complacent little bird.
Unless we all get up off our lazy butts and start DEMANDING accountability and responsible decision-making and leadership from out elected officials, then we deserve every miserable little act of violation they commit against us.
I remain unconvinced that ANYTHING has actually changed for us.
Somebody in authority is going to have to bust his ass, falling all over him- or herself working on undoing the damage done by decades of corruption in this country.
I'm going to have to see RESULTS.
Rhetoric is no longer enough, no matter how good it sounds.
