Blog Neglect

Ok... I've been very lax in posting to my Blog. I have been so preoccupied by life and Politics its not funny! Is it November 7th yet? The bad thing about Elections is even if we vote them all out, they still get to collect there retirement benefits. Well here I am in Lawton Oklahoma, I stopped in to say hi to Phil who is stationed at Fort Sill. Not to much to do in this little town but drink, and boy do these people know how to drink... I feel sorry for any one stationed at Fort Sill who is not 21yrs old, they have nothing to do in there spare time, but shop at Wal-Mart.
There is one thing this little town has, Geronimo and his family are berried here. This area is rich in Indian history. well I guess that is all for now. I will try to post something else soon.

How many Laws must the powers that be Break, be for We the People rise up, and say No More! The Bill that was signed into law on October 16, 2006, (S. 3930, HR 6166 ) `Military Commissions Act of 2006' Is a direct attack on our Bill Of Rights!

I have listed below the some of the amendments to the Bill O Rights, that the new law Violates.

THE BILL OF RIGHTS

Amendment I:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment VI:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Amendment VIII:
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX:
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

I have but one question...

It is a rare day when you hear a politician speak the truth! I just wish this man was running for office here in Florida... Well November is nearly upon us, and I'm waiting for the October surprise Carl Rove promised us! I don't think it will be any thing as grandiose as Osoma on ice, but now that I know who has been advising George Bush you know the same guy that brought us the Bay of Tonkin. Thats rite kiddies Henry Kissanger, this sad old man is set in his ways, and is unable to break old habits! So I can just picture what we have in store, if I had to guess I would say that he plans to sink an American ship using Silk Worm Missiles, and blame it on Iran! Gee and what a coincidence, we just happen to have the USS Eisenhower aircraft carrier, and Battle group heading to the Person Gulf just off the coast of Iran... Could you just imagine the outrage of the American people, if the USS Eisenhower were sunk! Could this be George's pretext for War, that he is looking for!

Could this be what Carol Rove has in mind for his October Surprise?
